Futon would allow the house to sleep 8 at an additional charge. Renters are to bring sheets, pillowcases, and towels. 1 Queen bed, 4 twin beds, 1 full-size Futon. Ping-pong table in the 2 car garage, volleyball, Corn Hole game, etc on our huge lawn. Beach is 6/10 mile away, with a daytime public dock for your boat. 2 other great public beaches within 2 miles, both offer parking, playground, lifeguard, and BBQ grills, perfect for an afternoon at the beach. *******Wireless internet broadband access provided,****** The BBQ grill is charcoal. Don’t forget to bring the briquets. Garbage pick up is Friday (not Monday like it use to be)
